Gracie Jiu Jitsu Classes in Chelmsford
As part of Team Pedro Sauer UK, I am excited to be able to offer Gracie Jiu Jitsu classes in Chelmsford.
Sessions are held on Wednesday 8:00pm-9:30pm, and on Saturday 10:00am-11:30am, at Suite 7, Spacemaker, 17-19 Richmond Road, Dukes Park Industrial, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 6UA.
Focussing on Grandmaster Helio Gracie’s self defence approach to Jiu Jitsu, the classes are great for men and women of all ages and fitness; from complete novices to experienced martial artists.
